Job Purpose:
- Ensures effective implementation of the Company Project Management Systems (PMS) through the Project Quality Plan and Quality Processes.

Key Job Accountabilities:

- Plan and support Instrumentation/Fire & Gas (F&G) Engineering activities with Sr. Engineer level competency during EPC and Startup phase until handover to permanent Asset whilst ensuring project deliverables meet Operations expectations in term of Safety, Operability, Reliability and Maintainability over the facility design life cycle.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide a variety of Instrument/F&G engineering supports to contribute to the division strategy and goals which includes design reviews (eg, SIL workshops, assessment and verification, HAZOP, etc), commissioning, startup, failure analysis and advanced troubleshooting.
- Support development and implementation of surveillance and administration programs for critical Instrument and F&G Systems of new projects to achieve high standards of Reliability, Availability and Cyber Security.
- Support the definition and implementation of integrity program for Instrument/F&G to achieve high standards of safety, reliability and availability.
- Provide technical input related to area of expertise to other disciplines and functions as per requirements to support overall business objectives.
- Supervise the activities undertaken by contractors, consultants and service providers.
- Guide less experienced engineers in implementing the company integrity and reliability systems. 7. Support and facilitate smooth completion of project tie-in requirements for all systems under the area of responsibility.
- Maintain Issue Register identifying and resolving critical issues including new technology risks (under area of responsibility) which could impact new project Reliability, Availability and Cyber Security.
- Support high risk commissioning activities for high complexities & large-scale projects by (a) undertaking stringent system surveillance, (b) tuning and optimizing instrument and F&G systems, and (c) providing advisory supports to Operations and Maintenance.

Qualification:
Higher National Diploma in engineering majoring in one of the core disciplines (i.e., mechanical or instrument or electrical.
Experience & Skills:
- 8 years of diversified experience in oil/gas or petrochemical industry, of which 7 years within a field maintenance environment and 3 years at supervisory level.
- Offshore environment experience is required. Experience in discipline including major overhauling and troubleshooting experience
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Computer literate and possessing skills in MS Office, SAP and CMMS system software.
- Good adaptability to multinational environment, with wide exposure to various cultures and customs.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Regular contact with Project Management Team (PMT) and Operations departments.
- Periodic contact with Engineering & Projects and HSEQ Group
- Facilitate oversight and supervision towards the maintenance discipline activities performed by the section at the main complex and remote platforms, utilizing company safe work practices and in compliance with applicable maintenance processes and procedures.
- Review work notifications and the RBWS process, to verify the planning and scheduling of activities within section will ensure PPM compliance and will secure safe, reliable and efficient operations.
- Assure that the maintenance history is updated in the required work order in line with the established requirement of work order close out process, including accurate records of all completed work, as within the SAP Maintenance Management system.
- Support troubleshooting of field equipment issues, faults and failures though investigation using P&IDs, technical equipment drawings, BOM Index, equipment data sheets and other documents to rectify anomalies and reinstate equipment.
- Implement regular toolbox meetings within section and ensure reporting of all Near Miss Incidents and events during activities via the appropriate observation reporting system.
- Produce constructive input and feedback on field expansion issues to department focal point and participate in FEED, HAZOPS, RS/FRA’s, field completion activities, commissioning, and warranty/punch work with PMT and EPC contractor, as directed by management
