Skills & Qualifications

We are working with a Major Oil & Gas operator to source for Head of Hook Up specialising in offshore compression. This is a long-term contract role working on a residential basis 6-days per week / 10 hours per day. Please see details below:

Job Purpose:
- Head the execution oversight and hook-up of the offshore COMP2 offshore workscope (inclusive of brownfield) in a safe and timely manner ensuring quality and integrity are delivered.
- To ensure the highest level of safety and compliance during execution.
- Responsible as the single point of contact between Offshore and Onshore COMP 2 PMT (as required supported by offshore Commissioning Head).
Key Accountabilities:
- Reports to HU&BF Div Manager. When CSR reports to either the delegated Manager (HU / Commissioning).
- Manage and oversee the COMP2 hook up, brownfield and shutdown scope of work including validation of execution with full compliance to project specifications and procedures.
- Manage the COMP2 execution Team offshore,

Qualifications:

- Broad and extensive knowledge of brownfield engineering design standards, specifications, codes and appropriate safety criteria

- Participate in technical evaluation of bids received and the selection of suitable contractor for executing projects, relates design requirements to alternative specifications and standards considering project cost, operations efficiency, maintenance costs and energy conservation
- Responsible for providing technical input, reports and discussion to major capital projects, site technical review bodies or committees
